Lived here for 2.5 years and loved it. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. They have monthly community events with free food and drinks. Pretty easy to make friends at this complex. The pool is also very social and people make an effort to talk to each other.

LINC cannot be beat!
I absolutely love everything about this community! I moved back to Iowa from Chicago and this definitely feels like home now. The apartments are gorgeous and have the nice high-end finishes. Touring was a nice surprise as I didn't know about some of the community spaces the building has since it wasn't shown on the website. The people here are welcoming and it's a very dog-friendly community. Even with limitations because of the pandemic, the leasing staff still goes out of their way to be... helpful, answer questions and do small things for us residents. Plus, I had a lot of personal logistics to work through coming from another state and I felt very confident that coming here was the right choice because of the diligence of the leasing staff to keep me updated on everything. I'd highly recommend this community, everything is brand new, the value is superb for what you pay in rent and the proximity to both downtown areas AND Gray's Lake cannot be beat!

Best Place to Live Downtown
There is just no negative's about Linc. The location is perfect and close to everything downtown. The view from the rooftop club house and patio are the best in the city! The apartments are beautiful! The amenities are endless. The staff is second to none.

Love Living at LINC!
Luxury apartments in the perfect location! Walking distance to downtown (HyVee, farmers market, bars/restaurants), a biking/running path right out my back door AND the best view of the city from the 5th floor rooftop patio! If you are looking for luxury DSM living, this is it!
