I've lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it! The building is right in the middle of tons of cool shops, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance. The interior is great as well! Modern industrial style with exported ducts and some cement walls. Both side of the building have great views; the east side units have an amazing view of the Capitol Building while the west side units have a breathtaking view of downtown. Management of the building is great, too. Very nice staff and... pleasant to deal with. Any maintenance requests are completed quickly. I love living here!
