I’m disappointed with my overall experience living at Canary Lofts. One example is the so-called 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Our fridge broke, so I called the emergency maintenance number at 4:00 p.m., but was told they stop responding at 5:00. Even though there was still an hour left before closing, no one came to address the issue. Advertising 24-hour emergency maintenance is misleading when assistance isn’t actually available around the clock. As a result, we had to throw away... hundreds of dollars’ worth of groceries.

More broadly, it feels like management is focused on charging residents every possible fee rather than providing the level of service and support that tenants deserve. Cute apartments! Kelsey did a great job showing us around Canary and was super responsive during the process. The property was nice and clean and the rooftop patio is cool space.
