Tenants split the responsibility for lawn care and snow removal. This home comes with a big fenced in backyard and a 1 car garage for each unit.

We allow approved pets/animals. Must be up to date on shots & registered with your county. There is a one time non refundable pet fee. We do not charge monthly for pets. The base fee is $250.00 but can be more if they are larger pets or there are multiple pets.
