This place is not worth even considering
It's managed by np dodge. Poor upkeep, the maintenance bandages problems and will give a attitude when confronted. Hard to receive packages or visitors as doord to entrance are locked if not blocked open. If you need laundry service as the office is only open from 8 to 5 and I'd were you load your money card

My fiancée and I have lived at Cottonwood for a year now and have happily just renewed our lease. The management is very helpful and always friendly. Whenever we have had any issues we can call Echo and they have maintenance there the same day or the next day to have it fixed. The only issues we have had is parking is very crowded and if you come later you will have to park on the ends and some of the apartments are a bit outdated. Overall I would recommend anybody to come stay here and I'm sure... you will love it.

I loved living in these apartments. Echo and Patrick were always professional and took care of all needs. Quick to fix any issues. They worked hard to ensure a great place to live.

we have lived here for 7 years and we are extremly happy, wonderful management and great mainetence!! The property always looks nice! management and mainetence always welcomes you with a good morning or good afternoon when you enter the office that makes me feel very welcomed here!

Apartments are decent sized, average priced. Maintenance can take a while to get around to you. Renovations aren't always properly announced with ebough notice, but when done it looks pretty nice.
