Great place in Clinton, IA.

Living here has been such a beautiful experience. There’s a calm and peaceful rhythm to everyday life that I’ve really come to appreciate. Being close to the river adds something special—the views, the fresh air, and the sense of space make everything feel more grounded and serene.
My home here makes it even more special. It’s spacious and comfortable, with two large bedrooms that feel like true retreats—bright, airy, and perfect for relaxing. Having two and a half bathrooms adds so much... convenience and makes everything feel more functional and easy, especially when hosting or just enjoying daily routines without any rush.
The whole house has a cozy yet open feel, a place where everything flows nicely and feels inviting. It’s a home where I can truly unwind, enjoy quiet moments, and feel completely at ease. Overall, living here has brought me a sense of balance, peace, and gratitude that I truly value.

Clean, Plenty of Space, Excellent Staff

The Landing has been a fantastic place to rent. Convenient garbage disposal, amenities, and outstanding maintenance. We LOVE our neighbors, the staff is amazing, and perfect location. The size of the townhomes and cleanliness is great also. Two things I’d like to see improved are the costs as it is pricey, (especially for Clinton market) and also a big kids area for play. Currently, it’s primarily the parking area which isn’t exactly safe. (Sidewalks do not attach building to building so it... makes it hard for roller blading, scooters, etc.) Overall, the move has been absolutely enjoyable and glad we were able to make the move there happen!

Such a great community and neighborhood.
Beautiful property to walk around with the dog or alone. We love where we live and any questions and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. We have made so many friends and feel comfortable and safe living here.
