I think renting at prairie reserve Kirkwood is good in the first year, but the second year, you should expect the rent to go high. When I came there was good staff members in the office. The ones who came in after, are just like soldiers with a lot of rules making it boring to rent with Kirkwood prairie reserve.
However, the neighborhood is okay.

From my application to move in. I have had a very smooth and pleasant experience all the way through. The office staff were very helpful and friendly and addressed all the concerns and questions that I had. I was given a tour prior to submitting an application, the tour helped seal the deal for me. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent.

Excellent, I'd definitely recommend! Great maintenance and great neighbors. Lots of parking and stores nearby! The laundry and gym are also great!
