They have a really bad mice problem that they don’t seem to be taking care of. It’s truly a shame that they want you to pay a lot in rent but don’t want to take care of the problem.

I feel at home it's just everything I want peace and quiet the only thing I hate you need a car to get around to grocery stores but out of a 10 I give it a 9 because of transportation

Lack of communication from the office to residents as well what appears to be between staff members. No one in the office is on the same page. Ultimately it was the incompetence of management that earned this review. For the better part of a year I had no complaints. Then the office closed for a week in July 2024 (I believe)and it’s been nothing but a headache since. The new management seems to be under the impression that as tenants we don’t deserve timely response to our message, nor do we... deserve fair and equal treatment.
