I have lived here for almost 3 years and I love it here so much! It’s right down the street from the hyvee and 24/7 Casey’s! It’s pet friendly but very clean, the community here and the staff keep the grounds clean. They are very quick on maintenance and repairs, I’ve never had a problem that wasn’t addressed immediately and taken care of. Amber, Ashley and the maintenance men are literally the best! They communicate well and make this a safe place to live and you feel happy to call home! I love... that they have a gym and a pool for the summertime. I also love that they do fun activities and games for the holidays. Anyways if you’re looking to stay here I recommend it 110%!! Great price for a quality life!

I love it here
One of the greatest features of this residence, aside from its ideal location, is the maintenance personnel prompt response. I have encountered a few issues in my apartment that required attention, and the maintenance man responded quickly. The longest wait time for a repair was a couple of weeks, due to the wait for a replacement part. In general, the response time is quick, and the work is done very well. He even conducts a follow-up to ensure that the work met the expectations.

Overlook 380 apartments
Could use a little more discipline with the cigarette smell but over all the landlord and employees are Are respectful and kind They always greet you and say hello. It’s a good location right next to the 380 so it’s very convenient.
