I’ve had a great experience living at Creekside Apartments in Cedar Rapids. The property is well kept and feels like home, but what really makes it stand out is the management team. Cindi, the resident manager, is always kind, approachable, and quick to help with any day-to-day needs or questions. She truly cares about the residents and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Brandi, the property manager, has also been wonderful to work with. She’s professional, responsive,... and makes sure that any larger concerns are handled quickly and fairly. You can tell she takes pride in keeping Creekside a welcoming and comfortable place to live.
Between the peaceful setting, the well-maintained community, and such a supportive management team, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here.

Enjoying it here!
We moved in during October. So far we have had no issues! Everyone we worked with during the application and move-in process was great. We have enjoyed the location, the newer building, and the quietness.

Stunning
Living here has a been a breeze. A quiet and nice community. Great response from all management and they truly care to help their tenants. I recommend Creekside to anyone and everyone. It’s worth every penny. Also being pet friendly is a HUGE plus.

Management is terrible about getting things done
Since moving in we are still waiting on internet to be set up after we were told we would have internet a couple days after move in. We are going on almost a month and we keep getting told the internet provider is coming but has yet to come. We have gone a month without internet and it apparently isn’t a priority for residences to have internet. This place has been open since 2023 and there is still no internet!? Another thing, maintenance is outsourced not on site. So it could be 48-72 hours... before a problem gets fixed. Pros

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review with us. We understand and apologize for the frustration due to internet concerns. We opened as new construction in November of 2023 and have been working with the Internet... Service Provider in the area since we opened, as we prioritize internet availability for our residents. We have been at the mercy of the ISP, but I am happy to say they are finally making some progress and we are hoping to see live internet throughout the building soon. We apologize for the frustration this has caused. Regarding the frustration found with outsourced maintenance, we have on-site resident managers who handle maintenance and work orders with our vendors. Please feel free to contact them or put in a work order on our website to have your concerns addressed properly. We hope that upon the introduction of the Internet to the building, we will be able to provide a more enjoyable experience for you at Creekside Apartment Homes.

Great new apartment in Cedar Rapids
The property just opened (new build). Each apartment has a washer dryer. All the appliances are brand new. There are garages available. The modern technology touches are nice.
The proximity to a carwash is very convenient. There are several restaurants within short walking distance and it is a short drive from many more.
