Terrible
My son rented there, roaches and mold. Stairs to second story units are awful. Parking lot is dangerous and new owners are money hungry.

Great proximity to The Hill
This is the best location for college living. Campus is a block away and this property touches the hill. Great food and bars are a 2
min walk away. The staff is super responsive and friendly. Nice facilities, decent gym and clean rooms. Very affordable as well.
