DO NOT RENT HERE

Great location and previous property management was great. Now it is run down and will do anything to take your money. There are many other apartments in the area don’t waste your time or money here. They will do anything to keep your deposit.

Nice but needs work

The Burlington apartments, in the old Burlington hotel downtown, is in a nice area for walking to businesses and events in the downtown area. The management is good at working with you, if you need help with something. The apartments are also spacious and well kept, for the most part.

All this said, parking is a REAL issue, and being in the downtown area means it's usually noisy, especially when events happen by the river. Also, be aware that none of the apartments have tubs, at the time when I... was residing here. Your neighbors also may not care to hold the door when they leave, which means it will slam shut, and these are heavy doors, so, loud noise when they shut as well.

Price is about what you would expect to live in a convenient area of town. Somewhat high, but not to terrible.

All in all, this is an ok place to live, but could use some work to make it a great place to live,.
