When we first walked into the apartment on move in day we got met with a surprise- we were supposed to have all carpet but they had installed hardwood(AMAZING!). We figured out fast the heat wasn’t working and maintenance came in an hour and fixed it. Amazing view of the lake and it’s perfect space for me and my boyfriend. Our apartment is fully renovated so it really is very nice for our first apartment for a great price and for not having credit and being a server (hard to prove income) they... made the application process so smooth and easy for us! Perfect first apartment. Only thing to look out for is windows don’t have great insulation, walls are pretty thin, and you can tell that not everything is installed with great care but we haven’t had a problem with it. Everyone that’s came over said it’s very nice! Love our barn door too

Apartment not cleaned by previous tenant before moving in, poorly done upgrades, exhaust fan does not work, food molds quickly vs other places, loud neighbors

Home
I have lived in Ashbrooke with 2 of my college buddies for about a year now and, We love it. For this being are first apt. we had no idea what we where doing. So we applied at Ashbrooke and within days we where moving all are stuff in. I mean Gabby basically did are paper work for us she was super helpful. Ashbrooke is not only a great place to live but a great place to be able to call “home”.
