To schedule a tour, click on "PROPERTY WEBSITE," then when you get to the property website, click on "SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT." When you arrive for your tour, we will take you to a designated "show unit" that is either 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, or 4 bedrooms. This show unit is not the actual apartment that you will be renting, it is a "typical apartment" to give you a general idea of what our apartments are like. After the tour we will return to our office to discuss additional apartment complexes, floor plans, square footages, locations, and rent amounts that we have to offer. We will show you photos and videos as requested by you. At that point, or at a later date, if you wish to sign a lease we will list your top 3 preferences by apartment complex. In the spring we will notify you of what your actual address will be in August.

- Near three bus lines, can take three buses to and from campus - 3 bedroom layout is the cheapest + most spacious I've seen in the area - maintenance is super helpful and prompt when there are issues - issues we've had: flooding due to a broken water heater, broken ac in the summer, and a broken heater during the winter - maintenance has been super responsive every time we've had issues tho
Overall, I love the 3 bedroom. Note that it can be loud due to a high concentration of college... students, but families also live around here and seem to do fine. Also super animal friendly which is important to me. Highly recommend touring the 3 bedroom.
