Infested with roaches,centipedes, and ants!!!!! I would not recommend

This place is horrible with their charge for parking! $85 for an extra stall only for other cars to take up those stalls and you have to park 10,0000 miles from your apartment. $10 a night for guest parking? You guys is kidding me! And don't get me started on the abandoned cars here...Boy o boy let me tell you! Water isn't included and it's a town house duplex apartment but yet we have three other apartments splitting water with us and it's based upon the amount of people in your house...How is... that even legal? We're hardly home and work but because I have 4 people my water's like $500? No that's ridiculous. They do not properly clean when you move in. My floors were stained from flooding which they assured me had been fixed. However in my year living here my house flooded 3 times. They never sent anyone to wax and clean the floors instead they waited until I moved out to charge me. Also dont bother cleaning because they're still going to charge for it at the move out. The cat problem is terrible and they try to get in the house and cling to the screens and try to get in through the windows. It's... always very loud and most people and living in 2-3 bedroom houses with 12 or more people. The bug problem is bad, centipedes ants and roaches everywhere. When I rented I was given a deal on a 3 Bed room and I wasn’t entirely sure but I soon found out. I was given a unit next to the Royal Kunia park and ride and for a year I had to listen to extremely loud music and had to call the police 70 times because the music was so loud and the complex had no jurisdiction of the park and ride, I was told by the complex If I had any issues with individuals at the park and ride I had to call the police. I also had neighbors who were extremely loud and not... until Dave the manager contacted them several times did they comply mind you this was over a several week period! The complex grounds are not clean making this complex a breeding ground for German cockroaches no matter how clean you have your apartment! I was unable to do a move out inspection due to my schedule and the front desk schedule and was not given a return of my security deposit nor have I received an invoice of what I was charged for more than 30 days after, I paid professional cleaners to come in an clean my apartment so I can’t even imagine what I was changed for! The reason I moved out at the end of my lease was all the above reasons as well as they wanted an extra $200 dollars for increased rent as well as they wanted to up my security deposit! If I hadn’t delt with enough while living here that was the last straw for me! Unless you are desperate to find a place to live DO NOT RENT from Royal Kunia! The Villas at Royal Kunia staff and listing agents are truly one of a kind. They are definitely willing to work with you through rough times and are very unstanding as long as you are honest with them they will become a part of your family I really love this place and hope my experience helps people decision with choosing the villas at Royal Kunia
