6 month lease minimum is required per code; but we're seeking 1 year or longer is possible.

¤ Rental is offered only as non-smoking and no pets, no drugs, and no vaping.

Cottage Ohana - a lovely, quiet, extremely clean, separate structure. It has 1-bedroom, and 1-living-room, with a kitchen and full bath. It's Approximately 500 ft2, and is lightly furnished. We're located in the Ke Ali'i Kai neighborhood a nice quiet neighborhood only a few min’s walk to Kam 1 beach and close to both the Wailea/Makena resorts as well as the south Maui Technology Park (about 5 to 10min either) or about 20 or so to the Maui Hospital area or Airport.
Our cottage includes an inside washer/dryer and mini-split air conditioning in both rooms, as well as ceiling fans, lockable separate mailbox, and all the usual home items. There is off street parking for one car.
Although Application Forms are required, it might be best to reach our first to inquire as to relative region, costs, suitability & availability, as we're not involved in the automated application and background checks via this site which are non-refundable. Any selection will not be on a "first-come, first-served" basis after receiving and reviewing applications before selecting a Tenant.
Very good credit, references and clean criminal and background/credit checks are required.
If applicable, prior rental references also required.
