The Association
The Esplanade consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Many of the units have marina and mountain facing lanais. Amenities include a Fitness Center, over-sized saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, two steam rooms, five BBQ areas, two tennis... courts (one lined for two pickleball courts), two practice courts, putting green, practice driving range, shuffleboard, boat docks, surfboard/paddle board/kayak/canoe racks, and Social Room with billiards table.
The Community
The Esplanade prides itself on being more than just a condominium complex as we are also a community. We have a weekly movie night, daily yoga, pickleball club, and social events throughout the year.
The Neighborhood
