We moved back to Hawaii and the leasing team at Kapilina worked well with us to find the right unit! They were very gracious and accommodating. We successfully moved back and thanked them in person. The only downside was our unit wasn't completely clean and had some fixtures that needed repair when we arrived, so 4 stars. We put in work orders and the maintenance team showed up within a day, that was very impressive. All in all, very happy to live here.

Our Ohana moved in here in 2006 to present and there’s no place else that we would rather be than here at Kapalina Beach Homes. It’s a beautiful place to live and the people around us is amazing. Office staff here is very kind and helpful. The views are breathtaki and the community gatherings at Delish with all the great musicians that play is truly incredible. I’m proud to call this beautiful place my Home : )

Very pleasant community. Close walk to the beach with small restaurant opened for dinner and breakfasts on the weekends. They host community events like food trucks and holiday events. Very quiet neighborhood as well.
