I just love living here everything is close by don’t have to travel far everything around u the schools shopping center parks beach it’s just so convenient

Excellant location. A gated community, wonderful place for kids with a little water park. Wonderful place for dogs with 2 dog parks, Pool, work out gym. Love it here.

Love it here. A place where my entire family can enjoy in safety and comfort. Including my furry family! It’s a place where I can come home to and enjoy the amenities Kapalina has to offer! I go to the gym to work out, later I swim in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi!

It’s been amazing here! We not only love the place but Shayna has been the best representative I’ve ever met! Her understanding and kindness to work with us has been just so inspiring. I would recommend everyone to come here if I could!

The amenities make living here worth it but don’t trust the photos online are what you actually get. Very dog friendly but they do have a rodent problem here. So if you can’t handle that, noise of planes and chickens then don’t move here.
