Good location and the restaurant on the beach is a plus. The biggest issues are maintenance and grounds keeping .

Poor quality very old window treatments, don't close completely, don't open easily.
Extremely loud traffic noises, excessive speeding past our house is a constant issue.
Management is extremely poor quality, you must monitor your billing, they repeatedly screw up on your rent and lease rates.
No schedule for landscapers, they will be at your house and your neighbors house all day every day of the week.
Pool closes extremely early at 8pm in summer and 7pm in... winter and they will shut down the pool all the time for regular cleaning during the scant few hours it is open.
The road to enter the complex is so bad we broke our car on a pothole, there are so many big deep pot holes that they are impossible to avoid.

Love the area and amenities (although the pool is closed a lot), all employees are friendly and helpful, and although the housing is older it is well maintained. Unfortunately, the rent is rising faster than we would like so we may be forced to find other accommodations in the future just for financial reasons.

Don’t move here if you have or are planning on having a baby. The walls are so paper thin that even with a sound machine, there is no way to dampen the sound of your neighbors slamming doors, airplanes going overhead or a gecko farting outside the window. I haven’t slept in 8 months because of all of the noise waking the baby every time she goes to sleep.
