we moved into one of the flats in 104th st.. worst decision ever, walls radiate heat during summer days and windows leak all the hot air in. Electric bills were from $500-$800 per month. We transfered to a townhome with centra ac and hope utility bills are not that crazy there.

At times, it seems like I’m right in the middle of a chicken farm back in Carolina. It’s I understood that chickens are part of life here, however, it’s also factual that some roosters behave abnormally and when there are 10 or more gathered in a concentrated area, it presents sleepless nights. Management response is that I grew up here you live in Hawaii. You learned to get along with them. Considering the amount of rent paid, one hope for more consideration as opposed to passive responses. So... if you don’t mind being awakened at 1 AM in the morning, again between 2 and 4 AM, and again at dawn, this is your place.

Lived at Kapilina from December 2019 to May 2023 and my Children and me loved it there. We want to move back now. The beach is amazing, it’s great to walk around the lagoon and spend time at the pool. Great for Children.
