Kapilina is a beautiful community. I love living right along the beach. The sunrise and sunset each day is breathtaking. Every morning and afternoon, I have the privilege of hearing the roosters crow.

Love the location and Amenities. The Duplex is also great for us. However we do feel like they nickel and dime charges. We were told there is a pest control fee monthly on top of ret... no problem. They were upfront about it. But now we are getting charged community water fees on top of our personal use water and sewer and trash. I have never lived in a rental community that charges for trash and extra for community water. Usually that is included but this was never discussed before we moved in... . Just the pest, eletric and personal water/sewer were utility fees we would have to pay.
