We enjoy the amenities and the community here. Airplanes were really loud at first, but now we're used it. Our daughter loves all the birds that come around, especially the chickens. Everyone who works at Kapilina have been really nice and helpful. However, all the different apps to get your bill, pay your rent and utilities, and earn rewards can get confusing though.

The workers at the front desk as well as all the maintenance crew is super friendly and helpful. Me and my husband love the pool and hot tub. But there’s a lot of ran down/ abandoned cars on our street

Residents pay far too much money to live in the conditions provided in this community. Quality of life should not be negotiable when paying the same, if not more money, to live somewhere that is actually considered “luxury homes”. Communication (lack of) between Kapilina/Greystar and residents is truly disappointing. Increased rent to offset amenity upgrades is unacceptable when conditions of actual homes is consistently decreasing. Infestations going untreated is unacceptable. Very disappointed... in my experience here

Love the place it’s so convenient every thing all round you schools Walmart is right up the road beach in right in ur back yard restaurants in less than 10 u don’t really need to travel far
