I just moved in and recently went to the pool and the onsite gym and it was clean and very comfortable. However I’m still waiting on my work orders to be completed. Everyone has been very helpful and professional.

It was easy apply to looking a place at Kapilina and the staff are really cool and have a good customer service can’t wait to moving in .It also good place to stay it lot of space to to take our kids out for playing

Living here is challenging. Houses are old and have issues. Kids run through the neighborhood often on e-bikes with no boundaries near people’s home and cars.
Disappointed as the complex has some really nice features.

Neighborhood and amenities are good .. houses are outdated for the price .. all doors and windows leak exterior air into the house which makes the ac units run non stop

Kapailina is a wonderful place to live, especially if you enjoy fresh fruit as there are many delicious trees around the lot. Ohana living at its finest!!!
