I have lived at Ridgewalk apartments now entering our third year
Vanessa our Manager leads an office that is very friendly and welcoming, I never feel that I am a bother to them & they patiently help this old guy through my lack of internet skills.
Miguel our Maintenance Mgr is amazing! We had an apartment above us overflow a tub & it was raining on us at 2AM. Miguel was there in minutes & stayed with us the entire night overseeing professional cleaners & repairing damage.
Miguel & Devon can... be seen on holidays attempting to keep our aging trash compacter caught up, as well as our gates. Both of these men have such great communication & customer service skills.
We love our Staff!

Not very empathetic
As a resident who has never had issue i am very displeased and upset on how the new apartment manager handled my concern. She was no empathetic at all, i can understand she may deal with rude residents but when I'm being respectful and explaining a situation i expect a property manager to show concern and try and help. I did not get that. I got cold shoulder, standoffish and a non empathetic energy from the new apartment manager Vanessa. I am a very polite person, very respectful thats how i was... raised, but when i called to see why i owe 81 dollars when i paid my rent in full, i was rudely told i payed on the 6th. I explained that my payment was not going thru the night before , they portal just kept loading and loading saying error and not taking my payment. I tried my payment again a few hours later around 7am that morning, payment went thru. But since my payment was not processing with the portal. I am at fault. I asked if i could have it waived but she rudely responded with i paid a day late not even caring about why i didn’t make the payment the night before. I don’t believe managers should handle residence in that manor especially when i am being very polite. I have contacted corporate in this matter and I'm waiting to hear back. Maybe someone in corporate can understand with a better tone and have empathy for a respectful resident.

Don’t stay here
The property manager has the worst attitude! She is very unprofessional and this apartment complex is run down! The rash is always overflowing, the gates never work and they tow your car even if you’re a resident! They have no remorse and the price of the apartment is ridiculous!! Avoid AT ALL COST!!!

I have lived here for the past five years and I don’t have any complaints. The staff here is always friendly and willing to help you how ever they can. DeDe is wonderful and very understanding and willing to listen and help you however she can. I enjoy living here with with my fan

Terrible! Please Avoid.
Live here for 3 years. Black mold was growing all over our apartment, bugs everywhere, loud neighbors, never any parking, and dog crap all over the place. The leasing office was rude to us every time we had to talk to them, even though we were never late on rent and always picked up after our pets. You be desperate for a place to live, but trust me and keep looking. My cat almost died because of the mold.
