This unit is in a daylight basement with a private entrance. It is a studio apartment with a bedroom area with a queen size sleigh bed, private full bath, living area, dining area, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge with... separate freezer, a wet bar, a Keurig, a microwave, an egg cooker, and a toaster oven/air fryer. There is also a desk and exercise bike for your convenience. Wifi signal strength can fluctuate in the area. Its generally fine for watching subscription services on the Smart TV, but may not support gaming or a strong internet connection for working remotely.
The outdoors is very relaxing. You can walk around the beautiful property or go to any of the local or state parks. It is a large, open, bright space with a view of trees and breathtaking sunsets. The home sits on 5 acres of open land surrounded by a tree line. I have wonderful neighbors (medical professionals), but you dont see them. This is a nonsmoking/nonvaping rental inside and outside. No parties, no drugs. Laundry facilities are available on site. The front of the property has big, beautiful towering trees. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.
