Well when we first came to look and put down deposit they told us things that they ended up lying to us about. First it was out rent but they fixed that issue. Then it was the fact we were suppose to have a free months rent(still have the text message) then we get here and they say no because of the gift cards we got (but we were promised them). When we moved in Riley was suppose to come look at the dryer hookup. Said give him 15 to 20 mins and we still haven't seen him or heard anything about... it. Not only that but our move in maintenance still hasn't been addressed. I feel like they lied to us to get our money and now that we are here we are still being lied to. And the water has been off twice already during the day for plumbing issues. .

Area is sketchy, looks nothing like the pictures, property management hardly answers the phone, my apartment has been without AC for over 31 days with NO insight of when it will even get looked at for repairs, this entire place is a JOKE

They say this place isnt like Cedar Point, but frankly from reviews and my experiance so far they arent any better. Our front door doesnt fit the frame right so we get flies in here. Its bloody hot cause the ac units are so old and the toilets needs fixing. They couldnt even give us a door to one of the bathrooms in our apartment or give us the missing drawer to one of the drawers in the kitchen. Takes forever to get things repaired, when we were out of power on one side of our aparmtent, for... almost 3/4 weeks it took them forever to get it fixed.

A place you definitely don't want to call home.
I lived in Cedar pointe for 2 years. Yeah the rent is cheap but you really do get what you pay for with this place. Constant leaks, Mice, Roach infestation that no matter how much you spray they won't leave. Some units had serious bed bugs and you move in and they try to say you brought them to the unit and charge a very high price to get rid of them. It's cats everywhere and in some areas you can smell them ughhh. They take forever to fix things I requested a new door and I never got it . The... pool never gets clean early enough at the start of summer. The park is horrendous. The washing machines in the laundry room are so small they won't even fit one comforter. Oh and if you have a hankering for dominoes are pizza hut you'll have to drive because they won't deilver out there.

Cedar Pointe is no longer an apartment complex it has new owners and they have totally redone. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with the Cedar Pointe, but I promise you that Village North is nothing compared to what Cedar Pointe use to be.
