Kendall place is good in my honest opinion for this being my first apartment. of course wish the floor level had a deck like the top and the kitchen layout like the two bed rooms, the kitchen and space is very cramped and no room for storage. the bedroom, living space, and bathroom Great job A+, but that kitchen only cause im in it a lot just need to be longer.

The office staff is professional, responsive, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the community is well-kept. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

I moved back to Kendall Place and learned that the property was purchased by another management company. Let me say that this management team, including the property manager, Star Harrison did an impeccable job from beginning to end. The customer service was impeccable, and the entire process was not stressful at all. The moment I stepped onto the property I felt at home. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come on to Kendall Place!

Management can not keep employees or maintenance workers. The pool hasn’t worked in 4 years, trash always over flowing. No improvements to the inside of the apartment, not worth the price their charging. Only perk is that it is quiet, but cars get broken into
