I would definitely recommend living here, I have been here two years and I have no complaints so far. The staff is really nice and willing to go above and beyond for their tenants.

Don’t move here. The whole complex has roaches, maintenance doesn’t come fix anything at all.. they’ve had like 6 new property managers the 3 years I’ve been here. I’ve told them about the tub leaking when I first moved in and they still haven’t fixed it. it’s all just bad

I am very happy with my decision to lease an apartment here at Arden Place. The apartment is very spacious and clean, up to date appliances and flooring. No rodents or pest control issues as weekly pest control comes out. This apartment complex is very quiet day/night and very friendly neighbors occupy next door. Since new management the staff is amazing, very nice and professional. Every time i call the front office, my call is answered or i receive a call back almost imediatly When i have a... maintenance issue, it is resolved in a very timely manor. My needs are always met and over achieved. I am very happy to have guests visit my home and it just feels as if my community is more of a family rather than just tenants living in the same area. I can sleep at night knowing i am safe as well. I highly recommend Arden Place to anyone.

There are roaches and knats. Knats bc they never take the trash. It's been sitting bk there for 3mons. It's driving us all crazy. They charge us for trash and pest control but don't do either. Do not come here.

Terrible management and rent is to much for a place that takes 2 weeks to fix your AC in the middle of summer. They refuse to clean up dumpster area. Trash everywhere. No pride in ownership. Never anywhere to park because no assigned parking even if youve lived here for years
