The tour sells you but once you get into the unit, it is a nightmare. I walked into my new apartment with roaches in different places, spiders on the outside of the unit. There was a hornets nest inside of the balcony area that is supposed to be enclosed!! Run, don't walk away from these apartments. Also the safety is an issue. Its supposed to be a gated community but the gates are always broken. Yeah, its a scam living here.

I literally called this leasing office 12 times & never got an answer. I think they even sent me voicemail. I don’t understand why they have these working office hour if no one is NEVER working!!

Mildew and mold
Do not waste your time or money! I have been here 3 years and things were ok before the apartments went under new management! My apartment has mold and mildew in the walls and carpet of my toddler’s room. I have submitted 3 work orders and each one is closed without a resolution. Yet management is painting buildings and trying to beautify the outside of the complex while the inside of the units are a complete dump. I have sent emails and made phone calls and they’ve all gone unanswered! My next... step is to reach out to the media so that future renters do not lease from this place! Simply horrible!!!!!

Dirty!!
Trash everywhere, they only maintain the front of the complex, they never pick up the trash and yet you pay for it monthly to be picked up. Moldy, and filled with spiders. No security.the gate is always broken. Only one entrance. They never answer the phone. The management is unresponsive and very unprofessional

They don’t answer the phone... EVER!
I’ve called the leasing office countless times. Even stood in the building and watched the phone ring as staff sat at their desks. This complex is a joke. How are residents expected to get anything fixed if we can’t even get in contact with management? They will ignore your phone calls until you personally go up there. Waste of time.
