I've been living here for over a year and fair warning, prices are not bad pool and gym are not open and maintenance does a horrible job plus its next to impossible to contact the office by phone

Chose to move into Georgia to escape my home state and chose this city and apt complex because I didn’t want to be in Atlanta...horrible decision because the property has changed management (seemingly an ongoing cycle from these reviews). Maintenance take weeks, the floor has a hump in the living room, being charged for a trash service I don’t use. Ready for my lease to end since it’s a bogus amount charged to end it early even though they change management left and right.

It’s sad that I’m a government employee, a public servant, who cannot come home to enjoy the pool or the gym - AND THATS THREE YEARS WORTH. Not open and lies about the pool needed inspection from Fulton County. Meanwhile I said I’m a government employee and can confirm that’s a lie! The pool remains closed as I have a special needs child that I have every summer who cannot use the amenities.
