Some of the "quarks" of this property:

1. Driveway and apartment entry are at a steep decline. This is not ideal for those with mobility issues, especially when it rains.

2. The basement is below street level, so the plumbing requires an injector pump. There is no garbage disposal. Large debris cannot be discarded down any drains or down the toilet. ABOSLUTELY NO TAMPONS or WIPES down the toilet - this will break the pump.

3. The back yard is open to a pond. There are wild waterfowl in the yard most days. We ask that you do not bring dogs, cats, or children onto the property.
