Hello! Im looking to rent out a couple of bedrooms in my split level home located in a quiet neighborhood in Temple, GA

I have multiple options available:
2 Private Bedrooms 1 Shared Bath for $1300/m split utilities
Or 1 Private Bedroom 1 Shared... Bath for $650/m split utilities
I also have an available garage spot for an extra $50/m if your vehicle can fit.
Both rooms are 10ft x 10ft and have a private closets

Interested? Here's what you need:
-Proof of employment/income (greater than 6 months long)
-Willing and able to submit to a background check
-Willing to sign a rental agreement
-Deposit equal to 1 months rent
-You agree and adhere to the house rules(see below)

More specific info:
-You'll share the home with other renters and myself.
-Rent is due no later than the 5th of each month, if you dont pay, you dont stay.
-I offer a 1x annual $50 discount for Birthdays & Christmas & if you help around the house with tasks and lawn care, I also offer a discount on the next month's rent
-Kitchen, living room, Laundry room, back balcony & dining room are all shared spaces.
-I will conduct an inspection 2x a year and will provide you with proper notice

Im a law abiding laid back gamer who keeps to himself and is conscious of others. I value peace and a functional home and hope you do as well.

House rules:
-No pets, sorry, but allergies affect others
-Quiet hours are 10pm-8am M-F and 11pm-10am Sat Sun
-Absolutely no drugs or criminal activity allowed
-Be respectful of others & shared spaces
-Keep your areas free of trash and clean
-30 days notice if you decide to move
-Ensure your rent is always paid no later than the 5th of each month
