The Maplewood apartment complex in Summerville Georgia is a beautiful place to live. When I moved into the apartments I noticed the townhouse style of my apartment. It is an upstairs and downstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms and one and a half bath. However, there are also 1 bedroom apartments. The outside of the apartments are well kept as well as the inside is sprayed for insects monthly. The neighbors are typically very quiet and friendly. One down side to the apartments (in my opinion) is... that we are not permitted to have pets unless they are service animal for a person over the age of 62 and then you also would have to pay an extra $200 a month in order to keep the animal. While parties and other loud events are discouraged, Maplewood is a great place to live for people who like their peace and quiet. They are income based apartment so how much you would pay for rent is dependant on that. Over all Maplewood is compatible with lots of different life styles and I would recommend it to anyone.
