I've been a resident at Lakeview Apartment Homes for over a month, and unfortunately, my experience with maintenance requests has been incredibly disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via emails, calls, and texts regarding urgent repairs, I have not received any response or action from the management team.

Issues such as :
Listed below are the outstanding maintenance issues and the pest concern:

Outside light: Not functioning.
Chain on the door: Requires repair.
Kitchen sink... light and garbage disposal: Non-operational.
Ceiling fans: In need of longer chains/strings; glass tops have fallen off.
First bathroom exhaust fan: Not functioning.
Laundry room folding doors: Requested removal.
Balcony debris: Requires clearing.
Second bathroom light bulb: Missing.
Front door socket cap: Missing.
Bathroom door: Broken.
Pest problem: Persistent issue, possibly related to previous trash maintenance

have been persistently ignored, despite being flagged as urgent. This lack of responsiveness has not only inconvenienced me but has also compromised my living conditions and safety.

I understand that maintenance delays can sometimes occur, but the complete lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. It's disheartening to see such negligence towards the well-being of residents.

I urge the management team to prioritize communication and address maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents. As it stands, I cannot recommend Lakeview Apartment Homes to others until this issue is properly addressed. Read More

Trash compactors broke the end of 2021 and we’ve had rats since January 2022. No one cares. All the other issues is irrelevant and can be handled. For the price and area you expect some issues, but to be forced to live with rats is not one of them. Rats will run through your apartment at any time of the day.

Been waiting for a call back since January 7th
Paid a deposit on January 11th for an apartment available February 12th.
I haven’t received a single call back to date!! I have called and no one answers the phone! I have emailed and I have not been given my money back. They continue to blame their lack of attention and professionalism on COVID! Trevor, Sherry, and Latischa in the leasing office all have promised a same day call back or next day! NEVER HAPPENED!!
