This apartment is a very horrible place to live. It’s completely unlivable and poorly managed from top to bottom. Most residents have experienced flooding due to constant water leaks, and the property does nothing to fix it. The grass is so overgrown it looks like it hasn’t been cut in over a year – it’s a total eyesore and a breeding ground for pests. Even worse, there are no working fire extinguishers anywhere in the complex. That’s not just negligence – it’s a serious safety hazard. The... property manager is never in the office, and anytime you try to reach out for help, you’re met with silence or excuses. It’s impossible to get anything done. Management clearly doesn’t care about the residents’ safety, comfort, or well-being. While noise isn’t an issue – no loud parties or music – that’s about the only positive thing I can say. And frankly, peace and quiet don’t mean much when your apartment is falling apart around you. Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this place. It’s unsafe, unclean, and completely mismanaged. I regret ever signing a lease here.

Beware!!!
These apartments are Rat infested and roach infested.. no matter how empty and clean your place is, it's holes in the walls that haven't been handled.. it's rats Living in the walls!!

Apartment and management
Apartments are very spacious and comfortable, for the price it's awesome!! NO BUGS/ ROACHES, other reviews said they had roaches but they don't!! Come and see property and have your own opinion. The manager Jocelyn was very nice I have nothing negative to say!! Thank you kasteel apartment's/ Jocelyn!

I want to take the time out to thank Jocelyn the manager at kasteel apartment’s!! very very informative and helpful!! Jocelyn also made sure once I moved in everything was perfect for me, I never experienced anything like it before. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious!! I will highly recommend these apartments to anyone!!! Thank you once again Jocelyn you are the best!!

Quite Community
I’ve been living in Kasteel Estates for almost 6 months now and I’m really enjoying my time at the apartment complex. I love their new renovations and I’m really grateful for the new property manager manager Miss Brittany since she’s came a lot of issues has been resolved and Fast
