Great Renovations, but Persistent Tobacco Odor They’ve done a lot of nice renovations to the apartments, including new appliances and updated flooring in the living room and kitchen, which I really appreciate. However, there is a terrible tobacco odor left behind by the previous tenants that has been very difficult to get rid of. Maintenance attempted to address it by treating the air vents, but unfortunately, it didn’t make a difference. I really like the renovations, but I wish the previous... smoke odor had been properly addressed before move-in.

AC issues Have been having issues with our AC for over a month. Had to call emergency maintenance 2 times becuase the AC was sitting at 82 degrees. Put in a maintenance request, and they came by while I was out. Came home 3 hours later. Temperature still 81 degrees. Temperature only cooled to 77 degrees after anout 6 hours. Not happy.
