I want to warn anyone considering Spoke Savannah Apartments (managed by RangeWater Real Estate) about my terrible experience with their unethical business practices.
I applied for an apartment at Spoke Savannah and paid a security deposit, but I ultimately decided not to move in. According to their policies, I should have been eligible for a refund since I never took possession of an apartment. However, after multiple attempts to contact their leasing office and management, they have completely... ignored me and refused to return my money.
I even sent a Final Notice Letter demanding a response, yet I have still received no communication from the leasing office or RangeWater Real Estate. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to take legal action, I found that they make it extremely difficult and costly for tenants to fight for what they are owed. This is not just an isolated case—after researching, I found that other tenants have had similar issues with Spoke Savannah and RangeWater regarding deposits, charges, and lack of communication.
Potential Renters, BEWARE! • Do not trust them with your money! If you apply and change your mind, don’t expect to see your deposit again. • Horrible customer service. They will ghost you when you try to get a refund. • Shady business practices. Their refusal to communicate and properly return funds is a huge red flag.
I have now filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Georgia Consumer Protection Division, and I will continue escalating this issue. If you’re considering renting here, please think twice before trusting this company with your money!
