I went and applied to get a place at Tabby Villas. I met with the office manager Christina. She was pleasant with a nice personality. When I first went to look for a place there I was unaware that they check your credit. My credit is not horrible, so when the office manager ran my credit; my credit score was within range. I did let the manager know that I had some collections from when I was going through chemo with metastatic Breast cancer and I just had my baby so I got behind a lot on my... medical bills. She was okay with this...but needed to speak to her boss. Well I think for the way the apartments look I am not sure why they want residents to have pristine credit history when their apartments are not up to par for the amount of hoops you have to jump through. I think this policy of checking the credit score is good, but there are bad/evil people who have excellent credit. Never judge a book. This is a very calm and quiet living environment. The apartments are clean, well kept, and roomy. The office staff is always helpful and efficient. This an older apartment building but well maintained.
