I?m a very new tenant moved in 12-29-18. Then left on 1-4-19 been out of the country......just got back 2-4-2019. I love living at Huntington......the landscape of the big beautiful Oak Trees on the property......location of property is excellent anything you need ?right around the corner?. I really like my apartment......still got to unpack boxes. Thanks Pat

The complex is pretty and well kept. Repairs are made timely, and packages received are usually communicated timely. There?s very tight parking, and maybe you should put handicap signs toward the front buildings to make more spots available in the back because the parking is much tighter in the back. The apartments are in decent condition, but the unrenovated apartments? countertops are in poor condition because the dishwasher keeps detaching from the countertop, and I?ve had maintenance fix it... several times. Management should just bite the bullet and replace those in all units. Or perhaps offer renovations for an increased fee to those who really would benefit from the renovations.

It is very nice and quiet. There are occasional noises such as dogs barking, airplanes, and children screaming. Squirrels can be heard scratching the ceiling.

I moved in on 09/17/2018 and mine apartment was moved in ready. I enjoy living here for the serenity of the enclosure from main residence environment and traffics. Great locations accessibility to mall, food shopping, medical building, hospitals, community parks, lots of restaurant, airport, buses, etc. The friendliness of the staffs, custodians, and teams that support resolving tenants issues. The tenants themselves are friendly, polite, and courteous to each others relationships as neighbors.... Pets even enjoy theirs stay with an outdoor dog park, but cats, well they don't care if they sleep in.

We have been living here for almost a month now and it is really a very pleasant and safe place to stay. The grounds are very peaceful and well kept, everyone I have talked to whether in management/front office or maintenance have been very helpful with any questions or concerns. Even though we are only going to be in Savannah a short time, we are really glad we found this property to call our home away from home for now. I would highly recommend Colonial Village at Huntington to anyone, its... tucked away where you feel secluded but is very close to everything you might need, it's perfect.
