Whoever move to King George DO NOT get apt 407. I lived there for 4 years. It rains in one of the second bedroom windows when I call maintenance to fix it they just put alot of caulk on the spot. I got to the point where I just stop calling them to fix it. Have your own roach spray ready 'cause you will need it. When you decide to move out and give your 60 day notice make sure you do it through email so you can have proof 'cause when the new apt complex you're going to ask King George if you... gave proper notice they will say NO. Also, if you have your own washing machine after each use turn the water off 'cause if you leave it on you will have a $400 water bill.

The staff has been very responsive
I moved here in January and I love it here so far! The staff has been very responsive to emails and my move-in went smoothly without a hitch. The apartment is great, the grounds are well maintained, and there's plenty of parking. Living here is a dream compared to the nightmare of living in my previous apartment!
