We've really enjoyed living at the Capital Collective. It's clean, quiet, safe, and secure. The staff and neighbors are exceptionally friendly and everyone takes the time to get to know you. Highly recommend!

Everything has been great. The community events are well planned. The stairways need cleaning due to the accumulation of dog hair and dust.

Nice apartments, nice staff, but beware the “emergency” maintenance as there is no urgency present. The bluetooth lock on my apartment door broke leaving me locked out, I got NO support from the “emergency” maintenance and instead had to waste my own time and money to pay a locksmith to let me in. I was able to enter the common areas and sit outside my door but not enter. This was not my fault yet I was the one to had to pay to fix it. I was also threatened by a man wielding either a long sharp... piece of metal or a sword, directly outside the lobby doors. I went to the lobby to ask for the security footage and they were very kind and helpful, telling me they had to wait until the next monday as they didn’t have the ability to get into it. Monday came and went, and as of Friday no one has emailed me the footage. The lack of urgency or care for the residents from higher management is very apparent with my experiences, I wish they were as kind and caring as the on-site staff. Read More

I am coming up on two years at Capital Collective as one of the very first residents and I can genuinely say that I have really enjoyed every moment here.

The location is truly incredible – walking my dog feels very neighborhood but a mere few blocks away are some of the great features of Savannah's downtown (and some of my favorite restaurants and bars)! Even when walking my dog at night, I have never felt unsafe and insecure, and now that the police department is open (literally) across the... street...extra security for the mind!

The units here are also great. Absolutely everything was brand new when the community opened, so nothing is old or outdated. I have been in a few different sizes/layouts, and even the studios feel very spacious. If you ever do run into any problems, the maintenance team is 10/10 and very responsive.

There is a great variety in age within the community, from college students all the way to retirees. I have even been able to make some good friends! Read More

All great..move-in was seamless and apartment neat and spotless . Enjoying the property amenities and of course the weather. Entire staff friendly and helpful. Nothing but a positive experience thus far!
