The staff is very nice and take care of work orders quickly. They are friendly and always helpful. My neighbors are kind. The property is clean and tidy and I would recommend living here to anyone.

There are a few apartments in St. Mary's my wife and I were looking at, but Hammock Cove's were the most spacious by far. It's obvious the team working there does a great job with maintaining the property, and also the pool. I had a small issue with my apartment, called the manager Ashley, and she had quickly resolved it. Happy my wife and I chose this property!

Hammock Cove is a great place to live. Bonnie is a delight to work with. She is prompt, friendly and genuinely cares for the tenants. I would recommend this apartment community for anyone who is looking for a place to live.

Hammock cove has been such an amazing environment for my daughter and I. They are safe, quiet and quick with fixing things. Bonnie has been amazing with helping us from the beginning and continues to make sure us and our neighbors are made a priority. I absolutely recommend hammock cove!
