We have been here not even 5 months and we are
looking forward to leaving and never turning back.
Everything that was “promised “ was a lie I do not feel safe or “home” here which is super unfortunate.

The complex is ratchet and trashed

This place is not a “community” horrible neighbors , my car and 3 others were broken into in the middle of the day , cops out with AR15s and drug dogs looking for someone also , in middle of the day.
Maintenance is hit or miss with awful communication... most of the time

This is more like a playground / free for all for every kid in the complex (way more kids than adults btw) I’m sorry if I’m paying an arm and a leg for rent I want to come home and enjoy myself . You can also smell whatever your neighbors are cooking 24/7

If you are young , work a full time job and want to relax when you get home ..do not move here . All it has been is issues on top of issues I cannot stress it enough. I might have months left but I am actively searching for our next place so I’m never in this situation again.

I’d like to thank Mike and Max for stopping what they were doing to help me properly dispose of old furniture.

I live alone and they saw me struggling to move my kids old beds by myself.

Mike loaded as many pieces onto the golf cart and helped me. Max came directly to my unit and loaded a truck to help me dispose of old mattresses.

Thanks guys for your help! It really made things easier for us!

Maintenance is very helpful here!

1. This complex is infested with roaches. No matter how much you complain about it, they do nothing and ignore you.

2. VERY DIRTY !!! Trash is always everywhere. The trash compost is always broken leaving no choice than to place trash at the side of compost which harbors roaches and rats.

3. My apartment was almost broken into by a homeless man on more than 1 occasions. Office staff does not care. Management does not show any interest in the safety of the residents.

4. Pool is only... open 2 months out of the year which is ridiculous seeing that the residents pay for amenities.

5. My car was broken into twice! Still no remorse.
6. You’ll be charged a $80-$100 water bill for a 1 bedroom apartment. Still no remorse. Also being double charged for amenities and not being reimbursed.

I could go on and on but you catch the drift. I can’t wait to move out. I am breaking my lease. Hope this save y’all the time. Y’all gonna be living with roaches all day everyday.

Overpriced for poor quality apartments. The gate is always broken, dumpster always overflowing and reeks, and staff is condescending.

Poor quality apartments and even worse staff. Cockroaches were all over the property. The trash disposal was always overflowing. Waking up to a cockroach in front of my face was the last straw!
