Another tenant and the same problems, RATS, ROACHES, LEAKS &;MOLD. Bad weather recently, but because the place is patched up, nothing but floods, and stinking sewer water running through our apartments. I do not recommend this place, there is a reason why they seem to be cheaper than others ??..problems. They don’t want to really fix nothing.

I lived here for 2 years and everyone in my building had to leave due to rats infestation during my second year. They come out a night and you could hear them in the ceilings. Not mice, RATS! They allow everyone to break there lease it was just that bad.

I am a young girl and I can’t even tell you how many times maintenance has walked into my apartment with no notice and without knocking. I will just be in my room and have them walk down the hall. No email warning, no scheduling, no knocking, just using their key and coming in. I have to keep my chain on at all times now. Cockroaches everywhere despite how clean I am. The floors are so thin that I can hear every step People take above me. Police are called here all the time. Just don’t do it.

I moved in after reading the previous reviews and decided to give Aspen point a chance. Best decision ever! It’s quiet and peaceful! I have never heard a neighbor. No pests whatsoever..... Great place!!! Would definitely recommend

From trash everywhere to used condoms on the steps plus a rude leasing staff. DONT DO IT! If you want to be talked down to even though you pay your rent (early) and want trash everywhere be my guess but I wish I never Moved here. My 6 month lease is too long!!!
