Office staff does a terrible job keeping the neighborhood in order. Trash everywhere, barking dogs, yards look terrible, and maintenance/lawn care is shoddy at best. Not to mention home quality is terrible, don't look at the paint the wrong way or it will get ruined. Stair treads coming off of stairs, leaks in the roof, and they were so cheap they didn't even put handles on the kitchen cabinets.
If you are thinking about living here, simply don't. Turn around and run.
