Came by 1 day with my husband checked an apartment and it was ok. Went home and a couple of days later did an application which was $100 fifty a piece the lady in the office told me if anything was on my credit make sure I upload the letter saying it was paid in which I did. App said next step was to call the office. Me and my husband both did that and no answer what So ever, I had him even go to the office and no one was there. After several days and no answer we decided to go on my off day and... no one was around but papers were stuffed in the door. I emailed them and spoke about corporate and someone said they received my letter and would resubmit very interesting. No response at all. I count it as a blessing cause if something went wrong no one would ever be around or answer a call, but I am very pissed that we lost 100 and we not getting it back. The property manager is the worst. There are other communities in the area which are much better. I was called everything under the sun except for my name. The woman working at the front desk is the worst. The issues which occur are never attended to, I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.
