I just want to come here to share the wonderful things this community does. My son has autism and this month for autism awareness they hosted a resident event with activities that my son enjoyed. Though this may not be a big deal to most it is to me and my family. Thank you!!! I will continue to tell people about you guys. From the ladies to the maintenance team. I love you all.

GREAT PLACE TO MOVE TO

I've lived here for about 3 years and don't regret it.. I came on here to look for another apartment as I'm moving out of state and noticed that there was a negative review on here about the property.. Then I realized that they were old. Like everywhere, there are going to be issues, however the team and staff here are great at responding to issues. The greatest part of it is that we have community events every month and we have a community garden where I go I pick my collards from to make my... hearty meals..

If you are looking for a great place to call home, move to Chase Ridge..

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Nothing is ever updated the water is always off right now the water has been off for over 24 hours. The pool is never open the dumpster is always overly full with trash the police is constantly riding through it has been a horrible experience
