stayed there for a little over a year. It was gross and when we left they took majority of our deposit despite the fact that we had carpets cleaned. $100 would have more than covered any cleaning that needed to be done. They took $500 from my deposit for not wiping down inside of cabinets, cleaning the tub, ceiling fans and window sills. Crooks! Do not expect your deposit back.

No, Just No!
I was flooded twice with fecal water....carpet "sanitized" but Not removed. Old out dated pipes, frequent clogs in the sinks and tubs, not toilets. In just 18 months, 6 apartments of 20 had major flooding or leaking with enormous loss of possessions or HAD to move out. Horrible weather proofing, cracks in doors....Summer Electric bill? $350.00! That's even when occupied 50% or less of the month. Lanier Realty owns a large number of properties that are reasonably priced until you realize just... how much it will cost you to live there. They are not helpful with issues and are ready to toss you out if you demand the rights that their leases are supposed to provide. The ONLY reason I stay is because I cannot afford better.
