Ok for temporary living Definitely not long term, no updates, pool is closed, trash cans holding at your front door, landscaping could be better…not long term good living

Enjoy almost all aspects of residing here. Would like to see some bench type seating added in dog park to make it more dog owner friendly.
The only significant downside to the community is the presence of trash bins. It appears an effort has been made to get residents to move the bins from the sidewalk, but they remain unsightly. The double car garages have adequate space to store bins, but the single ones do not. The apartment complex across the road has a central disposal area which does... away with the need for bins. Addition of this feature would greatly enhance the appearance of the community.
