I visited several apartment homes, looking for Spring 2026 when I sell my home. This community was hands down the best I’ve seen. From their customer service to amenities. They have a barista five days a week serving their residents free quality coffee! Can’t wait to move!

I recently toured this apartment community and had a great experience overall. The staff was exceptional—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. A special shout out to Antony who took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout the process.
Although I ultimately decided to hold off on renting at this time, I was very impressed with both the staff and the property itself. I would definitely consider returning in the future and would recommend anyone... looking for a new place to check them out.

Living here is so great! Convenient location and the property hosts all sorts of great events! I attended the resident event for family photos complete with snacks and beverages. Photographer was so patient and the Livano staff is always exceptional. Amy greets everyone with a smile no matter the day or event!

I absolutely love living at Livano Oakwood, it’s been life changing! The manager even hosted a free professional headshot day, complete with mimosas, cake, and fruit. Now I’ve got a polished photo for LinkedIn, work, or side hustles. What other community thinks to do that? None I know!
Beyond the events, the location is unbeatable: four beaches and the Mall of GA are just 20 minutes away. I can spend the day at the beach, shop, catch a movie, grab groceries at Kroger, Walmart, or Publix, take my... pup to the dog park, and still come home to luxury and peace. The convenience and lifestyle here can’t be beat!
