This place is god awful........The remodeled pool was only open 3 days this summer and has been closed ever since. The people who live here are reckless. Throwing glass in the pool causing it to close for over a month. Men will drink on the side of the road all over and leave beer cans/bottles everywhere. People drop their trash in the middle of the street and leave it..... Multiple car wrecks IN the apartment complex. Cockroaches, burnt down building, stray animals, homeless people staying in vacant places, crackheads leaving crack pipes randomly, never closed “gated” community, pool remodeled but NEVER opened, items being stolen, people digging through trash, trash everywhere, and I could go on.. the price for such awful quality is ridiculous…..

I moved in very recently and the first day here there were plenty of problems with the apartment. The paint is done poorly, the floor is damaged, it was not clean. Ontop of this the maintenance closet had a big leak as did my sink. I left for a few days and returned today as I am writing this to find another leak in the sunroom/nook area. This is not acceptable.

it is a very nice and big apartment complex they have a very good space and it is a very safe and quiet property the office staff are very friendly and the maintenance staff are very good it is a very good service and from me they are i recommend excellent location

I can’t express enough not to move here. The management is not to helpful. They will look over noise complaints and it’s a noise violation they don’t abide by. They will offer you to move or transfer which is a inconvenience. I have been told by neighbors I’m not the only one that has moved because the issue and they allow community daycare to go on on a apartment I have seen people take baby strollers and baby bags and drop their kids off as I’m headed to work. Corporate is even worse they take... sides to whatever the middle man says which the leasing crew. They can’t keep staff because of favoritism is what one of the employees that was once their stated. Noise, roaches, and dead trees that fall on your car. I have pictures and videos to show for. They also banded a on time paying customer with no complaints from all their communities without a reason. It has to be a reason but they state in the lease they don’t have to tell you just like we don’t when leaving. They will make you feel like noise is not a issue and it is if it hospitalize you and make you lose days at work.
