This place has a really bad bug problem. I’ve had the pest control company come out multiple times over the past year and the bugs are still everywhere! It makes it so uncomfortable, I can’t even walk around in my own home without shoes because fears of stepping on a roach! The complex is quiet, very laid back, the apartments are pretty ok. But I’m not sacrificing my health. It’s digesting and i can’t wait to move

I am never one to leave reviews but people need to know that 1) This complex is ROACH infested. I will come home and kill 5 or more all around my island kitchen. I’ve cleaned by apartment from top to bottom, but the pests are in the walls. I’m frustrated and disgusted to the point of tears. Pest control is by request only, when requested, they only come on Tuesdays, so if you have a pet and a full time job, your out of luck of getting them to safety before they spray your home with poison. I’m... terrified for my and my cat’s wellbeing with how much roach spray and bombs I’ve had to use. Nothing works. They come back the next day. 2) Garbage service is inconsistent. And, since there are so many stray cats in the neighborhood, there is the likelihood that your trash bags will be ripped open before they’re picked up. And if they’re ripped open, the trash will stay in the halls indefinitely. 3) Office staff is super nice but if packages go to the office, you are not notified. I’ve had packages missing for months because I was told all mail goes to the mailboxes instead of ever the office.

I can’t wait to move. I came here to be closer to work but I’d rather drive an hour every morning then stay here another lease term. This complex definitely looks nice on the outside, and there are some perks but I am miserable. Love the staff ladies. Especially Ms.Gloria, she has been really amazing since the move in process. Any maintenance issue always gets resolve immediately.

Do not stay here. The people who live here are great but the staff are the issue. I will never recommend this place or a property own by the same company.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but since my time and money were both wasted I shall, to help anyone else thinking of moving here.
This apartment is unkept and filthy. I expected to move in on my move in date and walked into a trap house. Stove dirty and rusted, fridge off white with stains and unclean, bathroom and kitchen floors dirty and covered in paint, tub unfinished and gross, sewage flies and roaches. The worst part is I was told they’d paint over things and spray. Not okay. Mind you I... wasn’t ever able to move in so lost my $300 holding fee on an apartment I was never able to move into. Completely inconvenienced and staff had the nerve to have an attitude when they had one job. Seems leasing office employees are getting really lazy these days. Save yourself the trouble and save your hard earned money for somewhere else!
