Love staying at Winthrop. It’s great having a property management team so active and involved with keeping the neighborhood clean and safe. Very peaceful and quiet here.- J

I love my small little apartment but there is a new owner and property management that took over recently. They are extremely rude!! There are no amenities here but they are raising the rent almost $200. They are also not renewing any leases for people that have pets. There are several tenants that have lived here 5+years that have to move b/c they have pets.

I have never lived in such a quiet Apartment complex ! Management is superb and very professional. Apartments are old but very well kept ! I feel very blessed to have found Such a serene place to call my home.

I moved in about two years ago, and I like it. My apartment has been updated, but I like the interesting details like the old brick on the walls and the tile in the bath which are kind of "vintage". The staff is nice, and they do regular maintenance to my apt.
Rent is reasonable.
