Save yourself the headache and don’t move here. When it was Alta Bridges, it was great, but ever since they switched to Icon Bridges, it’s been nothing but problems.
Nobody ever answers the phone, management changes every other month and somehow gets worse each time, and the emergency line is useless because no one answers that either. They’ll act like you’re getting a discount for renewing your lease, but you’ll end up paying almost the same.
The ‘gated community’ thing is a joke the gate stays... wide open most of the day. Strangers who don’t live here come in, cars get broken into, and people just wander around looking inside vehicles. They even got rid of the 24/7 security patrol that used to keep the place safe.
On top of that, they make you pay for valet trash that half the time doesn’t even get picked up. I’ve even seen the valet trash workers just leave bags piled up in front of the compactor, which ends up attracting pests, cats, and other animals tearing through the garbage. This becomes an inconvenience to the people that live close to the compactor because the smell and sight of that is horrible.
Maintenance doesn’t know how to fix anything either. The tour and promises make it sound nice, but living here is the complete opposite. This place is not worth it, find something else. Read More

From speaking with sierra Friday was such a beautiful experience and when I went to tour the home Saturday I met miss Brittany she is so sweet and patient she definitely answered every question I had and made me feel at ease definitely hope to become a resident there thank you miss brittany

I love my apartment, they have two story complex which allows for someone not to be the top of you. The window view is the best and I love the open concept. Bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are beyond large.
The only downfall is the noise from this mechanic room that is in every building. There is some type of compressor that makes horrible noise intermittently 24 hours a day. Never ending, especially if you are a light sleeper and it is near my main bedroom. So just make sure you are not... close to that area.

The moving process was a Breeze. The communication from Brittany was Beast. The other Staff and the Manager also was Great with communication. I love how they answer the phone every time I called. The community is Beautiful,Quiet and Peaceful and m Happy to be apart of it. A BIG A Plus
