Management is the absolute worse! Property manager is hardly ever in the office and when she is, she doesn’t do much. Many of us tenants received an email from the office asking us to leave a 5 star review, that is why it’s been an influx in the reviews as of lately. Maintenance takes forever to fix problems, and when they do decide to come they half do the job. Roaches can be found roaming around the community all throughout the night. Overall I wouldn’t suggest anyone move here. I will NOT be... renewing my lease once it expires and I hope others do the same.

How long does it take to clean a breezeway of bird poop that you have been walking in? Here at Haddon Place over 2 months and still counting. Work order requests have been closed, cancelled, verbal calls for 3 weeks that it will be completed and still not done, and now an excuse given that residents without air conditioners not working have to be completed before your 2-month-old maintenance request will be completed before you. Contacting Hawthorne doesn't help. How long does it take to clean... a breezeway of bird poop for over 2 months? 10 minutes or less. Yet maintenance has time to water the front entrance flowers in the apartment and the staff here has time to have a pool party. Beware.
