My family and I really enjoy living here if I need anything fixed maintenance is Always one call away and Montoya Harris is extremely helpful! I appreciate the staff and my neighbors :)

Moved In last summer and it has been a great experience for the most part ! Minor issues for the property but my issues have been addressed and fixed ! The Property Staff and Manager have been very transparent and active throughout my leasing term here. Definitely renewing !

I enjoyed my first few months here, but then the complex was sold to a new company. Management doesn’t manage current residents properly and instead prioritizes new and prospective ones. Maintenance orders are the only way to get a hold of someone.
The property is poorly maintained, with frequently broken security gates, overflowing trash and brown grass. I do like that the complex has a lot of open space and is dog friendly, but many residents don’t pick up after pets. Gym is nice though... there is broken equipment. It’s no longer worth the rent increase so I’ll be moving once my lease is up.

Moved in when they were first built, started off bad & went down hill from there. The gate breaks every few months. The leasing people talk to you like your stupid. Maintenance knock once & immediately start unlocking the door! These apartments are poorly built, you can hear EVERYthing your neighbors say & they have the nerve to increase rent by $400! Dont move here.

The staff was very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. The apartments are in a prime location BUT are also tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The layout of the units and the grounds of the apartments are very upscale. PRIME LOCATION and AMENITIES GALORE!
